Elex Products was founded in the year 2002 and is mainly engaged in the design production and marketing of detergents and cleaning chemicals. Our company is in Nairobi Kenya, in modern production facilities along with the production plant.

Gross Pay: 25k + Attractive Commissions,

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct demonstration of how the products work to prospective clients
  • Upsell and cross sell to existing corporate customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to corporate customer leads through cold calling and door to door visits
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • At least a diploma or a certificate in a business related course
  • At least 2 years working in a similar field – corporate sales
  • Good communication skills both written and spoken
  • Hardworking and presentable
  • Strong Ethics and integrity
  • A team player who takes initiatives
