Overall Responsibility

To provide support to the administration office and serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. Will be responsible for all front-desk administrative support duties.

Core Performance Areas

  • Acts as church office receptionist, welcoming guests as soon as they arrive in church directing them to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answering, screening, and forward incoming phone calls, scheduling appoints.
  • Responsible for the procurement function
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mails/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Monitoring front-office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette
  • Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time

Knowledge Skills

A holder of this office must possess the following minimum requirements:

  • Degree in Procurement from a recognized institution.
  • A diploma in Front office management is an added advantage
  • KCSE Mean Grade C
  • Proven three (3) years’ work experience in administration with basic experience in procurement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
